"I have two negative comments.
(1) While the hotel was clean, it needs some maintenance. The silverware drawer in my room was broken -- the housekeeping staff should notice this and get it fixed. The edge of the carpet in the hall is frayed and not covered by the metal edge.
(2) Second, the web site should tell how to get to the hotel using public transit, or a combination of public transit and taxi. It should list the closest light rail/tram/Baltimore Metro stops (and distance from the hotel to those stops), and list the bus lines that service the hotel's neighborhood. The web assumes that people will drive to the hotel -- I'm sorry, but my car is 3000 miles away."
